Been back in UK a few days now and enjoying time with our families and friends. As you can see we are sticking to our usual healthy diets and loving the typical British food.
Mate, I've done some 'travelling' with my job and after 6 months away, it only usually takes me one day to have had a catch-up session that includes haddock & chips, a few pints of real ale, all washed down with a kebab later on that night!!! LOL
The two day headache (and other less desirable effects) are just the price I have to pay . . . . .
